Spring Camp dates to be confirmed

In our busy, modern world the experience and practice of retreat is becoming more and more important for those seeking a deeper and more meaningful experience of life and a path of healing and spirituality. The three-day Temenos Women’s Camps provide an opportunity for women to spend time connecting to the earth and the sky and to themselves. Deep healing processes supported by fire, water, sky and earth, Jungian and body-oriented practices and the medicine ways of my Kofan elders come together to create a truly integrated and transformative experience.

THE FACILITIES

  • A comfortable campsite with access to fire, water and bathroom and kitchen facilities. Lots of comfy places to sit and rest, lots of beautiful places to walk and meditate, a swimming pool to cleanse and refresh.
  • Our beautiful labyrinth lies at the heart of the Temenos Camp. The practice of walking a labyrinth is peaceful and powerful – an act of both releasing what no longer serves us and receiving guidance and blessings.
  • Simple home cooked food will be served with celebration lunch on Saturday. Your help in the kitchen (the heart of women’s medicine) with serving and clearing up will be most appreciated.

THE PROGRAM

Below is the general outline of the weekend’s program. The program will be responsive to the energy of the group and the nature of the medicine that arrives. My aim to create a balance between deep work and time to integrate, relax and listen to the spirits of this beautiful place.

TESTIMONIALS

"I arrived at the Women's Camp tired and carrying a fair amount of stress. I left feeling well rested and very peaceful. It was exactly what I needed. Sleeping in a tent on a comfy mattress, delicious meals, walking the labyrinth, feeling nurtured, meditations and sitting around an open fire in a beautiful environment. Magical." - Bridget Sheehan

"In April 2019 I attended the Temenos women’s camp facilitated by Alison Carroll and held at her beautiful property near Mt Yengo in NSW. It had been some time since I had had the opportunity to sit in circle with wonderful women and I found the experience deeply, soulfully nourishing. I found the weekend’s program embodying, challenging and healing and the effects long lasting. It was expertly facilitated by Alison, a genuine medicine women and skilled healer of great integrity. Her medicine is shared with wisdom, honesty, kindness, humour and compassion. The accommodation was warm and comfortable, the meals home cooked and delicious and there was plenty of relaxation time. An enormous thank you to Alison and all the amazing women who attended. I am deeply grateful and I look forward to returning in September. Finally, thank you to the Darkinjung people and the magnificent land we were on which embraced and supported the energy of the circle and the weekend’s journeying." - Sabrina Zanuttini
